What kind of control will I have over the server?

You will have FTP to all the servers that are not Ranked or Honor. You will also receive a control panel to admin each game server instance and be able to install any game we support with ease.

What games can be installed on the dedicated server?

You can have any type of game installed that MyInternetServices.com offers. If you don't see the game that you want on our website please contact sales.

What operating system do the dedicated servers have?

MyInternetServices.com runs the Windows Server 2003 OS for our dedicated clients, every game will run on the Windows operating system environment.

Can I get more IPs for my dedicated server?

MyInternetServices.com provides you with 10 IP addresses for your dedicated server, you may install games on different ports* and we advise you to check the load reports from within the control panel to check the CPU/RAM/Bandwidth usage*. Additional IPs may be purchased when ordering your server.

Can I run a TeamSpeak/Vent server on my dedicated server?

We do not allow TeamSpeak or Vent servers to be installed on our dedicated game servers.

Can I host my website on my dedicated server?

We do not allow web hosting on our dedicated game servers, only games can be hosted on them.

I just ordered a Bullet or Missile, when will it be up?

All dedicated servers are built to the specification you ordered, due to this the order time may take up to seven business days, but don't worry, your billing renew date will not take effect until your dedicated server is online.
